(side note. as one of the memes suggests, hedge funds are diverse. hedgefunds of all different strategies. they don't all short stocks. some don't even bet on stocks at all. granted, this game could be played against a plethora of funds who do short stocks. but ultimately, the strength of a future opposition will depend on the fallout of GME - which investors make money, vs which feel conned)
