Mines probably foot stomps, hand over mouth and the reverse heel kick that Chael almost got Rashad with before the ref stepped in early.

i agree 100%. it's something i learned about early on. I've trained with some people from other schools, and they said it was dirty in training. how will they ever learn to deal with something they don't practice? it's a very effective move.CROSSFACE...i get SO FUCKING Sick of seeing guys getting pushed against the cage with the other guys head on the outside hip and not cross facing them to death..Any good grappler knows how painful and effective a CROSSFACE is..80 percent of the time the guy whos getting taken down, drapes his arm on the head in a guillotine position instead of cross facing the hell out of the guy and getting the corner and getting off the cage..
Same scenario and guys not Digging UNDER HOOKS and getting their back off the cage..These things are week one of beginner wrestling and time and time again You see most ppl who are fighting on the highest level make rookie mistakes that can make or break them from a positioning stand point..
Please tell me who is the blonde, so I may, um.... peruse her photos?

Brother, regarding the cross face I think the same thing. After wrestling many years and using it so often, but in a cross face cradle more than anything else, what the fug? Also, I walked into a jiu jitsu class and after my coach/instructor warned me about leaving my head on the outside when shooting, I did it once again and that mother fucker, in a nice, controlled way, made me realise you never ever do that again....I couldn't tap quick enough and sure as hell struggled to verbally tap....it was fast and painfulCROSSFACE...i get SO FUCKING Sick of seeing guys getting pushed against the cage with the other guys head on the outside hip and not cross facing them to death..Any good grappler knows how painful and effective a CROSSFACE is..80 percent of the time the guy whos getting taken down, drapes his arm on the head in a guillotine position instead of cross facing the hell out of the guy and getting the corner and getting off the cage..

I use to absolutely rip ppls face off with crossface cradles...They named a certain move at my alumni after myself (hit this move over 200x in two seasons)and I used that cradle to chain into my pin...I did a Fairfax aka johnny roll lol gay name i know, got my 3 back points then transitioned to the crossface cradle for the pin..,I need to do a demo of this sick tilt to,the crossface cradle...I used it a few times in the cage when I had ppl back standing up, and returned them to the mat with it..Brother, regarding the cross face I think the same thing.
