So I grabbed a squirrel and tied it around his leg like a tourniquet, then I grabbed another squirrel bit it on the neck and used it’s blood to give the deer a transfusion of blood to replace what it had lost. Then I grabbed another squirrel and fed it to the deer, to keep his strength up. After 20 minutes he seemed better and took off into the woods.

If you don’t know how bad your car is damaged you have to do it for insurance purposes. The cop files the report and then if I find out sonething more than cosmetic is wrong with my car I can claim it. Don’t get in a tough guy pissing match with me, I eat spicy wings.
A report doesn't need to be done at the scene.
