He was always going to be a fish out of the water on the ground. Previous training partners have told people how he didn't like to train the ground. So even though he has been in the game for a while, his ground game is seriously lacking.

Remember what they did to Barao when he pulled out of the rematch against TJ? Had him in the building, then put him on camera and talked shit about him. It was one of the most despicable acts in UFC history. You think anyone on Barao's team would dare be flown in under these circumstances? You can be sure Aldo told Dana to kick rocks.
