I took care of a guy in the emergency department one time that was on pcp.
He kept telling me, "LOOK CLOSELY!! THERE'S GEORGE BUSH IN MY EYE. THE PRESIDENT, HE'S IN MY EYE!"

He begged and pleaded for me to look to see if I saw it too. I didn't want to get hannibal lecter'd or something so I didn't look.

To this day, I wonder, just maybe...maybe there was a tiny little G Dubb in there. But I'll never know.
