I've never had to retrieve anything from anyone's bottom. Sometimes women forget about a previous tampon and put another tampon on top of it and then the first tampon stays in for a very long time. That's actually really dangerous and can kill you. But anyways, I have been the one to find the tampon before the woman does :)

I don't understand how that happens. You would have to push a tampon up real high for it to not come out or have the string dangling outside and you can feel it if it's too high up. Very uncomfortable. And likely they are not even on their period when this happens because the tampon getting absorbed makes it slippery. I don't think these things are accidents. Humans can be very strange.

I had to retrieve one from a girlfriend I had when I was a young man. She was shitfaced at a party and accidentally put a second one in. We were laying in bed the morning after a party and she said “can you check something for me”. She was very embarrassed.
