have either of these teams played the pats this season or do they keep the AFC and NFC separate until the playoffs?

No, neither of these teams have played the Pats this season, but yes - AFC and NFC play each other during the regular season.
if that defensive dude was a split second late (after the QB release the ball) and he hits the arm, is that a penalty or just a "good try, so close, bud!"

Vikings’s defence is arguable the best in the NFL, I don’t know what the fuck they’re playing at.
They keep running the same plays, Eagles know exactly how to deal with it.
