that's what I still don't get. the "how" is obvious, the "why" could be obvious if had a history of being insane but I haven't seen it & I'm guessing it'd be out there by now if it existed, the LVPD behavior could be the result of the most inept PD in human history but there'd be someone there that used his head as more than a hatrack that would've said something by now. There's little about it that makes sense

We run into problems proving anything because we have no idea if we can even believe what the cops are telling us
We've already seen almost half of their original story blown to absolute shit and they've had to change nearly all of it

There are a couple things that to me show this is a blatant cover-up

1. them even noticing the shots on the tanks
I question how they even knew to look at the tanks so quickly
It doesn't makes sense that they would go there almost right away and find those small ass marks
Interesting to note, without those shots, the fbi would not have jurisdiction over the case

2. the deadbolt lock
Look at the times, it says that 134 last time locked at 9 something
How the fuck is that possible when according to their story, he went back into that room to shoot and then left to go back into 135.
Remember that deadbolt can only be locked from the inside
If they released the full times that that door was open, closed and locked, you'll see it was done during the fucking shooting, proving a 2nd person

Holy shit, have any of you read the report?
They admit in it that paddock requested room 235 on any floor and then was assigned to 135 the day before he arrived

Now most of you are going to think this doesn't mean shit.... until you see the view from room 235, there's barely a shot at the fucking concert venue
70% of the crowd would be blocked off if he got that fucking room

To me, this says 1 of two things
Either paddock had no intention of shooting up the concert when he booked the room OR the concert venue was not his intended target and he improvised when something went wrong

Interested fact, room 235 has a fucking perfect view of the CIA airport where Janet Airlines flys out of

Was the airport his true intended target?

Watch when he goes to the window and you can see the view is fucking beautiful but again, it faces exactly where the main stage was setup meaning he would only have a shot at most 50% of the crowd

Little interesting thing about 235, its practically right next to the service elevator
He wanted that room because it would be so easy for him to get all of those guns to the room without anyone noticing
Everything is telling me this guy was there to sell guns and that is it

Now compare the view to the room he was assigned to 32-135
Fucking perfect view of the entire crowd

Nothing regarding the case itself. Once the feds were done asking us questions we didn't hear from them again.

On the family front, I just had dinner with my BIL and FIL last night (first time seeing him in months). FIL is still coping with coming to terms with what his brother (and prior to this situation, his best friend) had done. I know he took the ashes and I believe he placed them into a safe deposit box somewhere. He took the brunt of the publicity to keep the spotlight off of the rest of the family and he's still recovering from that really. All in all, we're ok, but still lots of healing to do.

We're still not buying into any of the conspiracy theories out there about this. He was a strange guy who went waaay overboard the last year of his life for some reason.

Ya I know he was scouting stuff for a while
By definition, Even the cops now say it's a conspiracy now though, considering they have admitted that they are investigating other parties involved

I agree that he had a part in this, I very much question if the concert was his true target based on the information we have been given and am nearly positive he did not do this alone, and even the cops agree with that now

The report says he was the only shooter
The cops have come out and publically said they are still investigating other individuals who may have been involved

I believe the car was to be involved and to be placed near the tanks and the people who were supposed to do this bailed
I also believe there was a 2nd shooter in 134 with a high powered rifle which was used to try and shoot the tanks, ONCE that failed, that person also bailed. this part there is 0 hard evidence for though

But the police have said there were others involved, they just won't say who that person is and what they did/were supposed to do

Alot of people believe that Bruce is who the police were refering to but again, that is only theories

8:45 A.M. JAN. 30

A Las Vegas judge has issued an order to unseal search warrant records related to the 1 October mass shooting.

The order was issued Tuesday morning by Judge Elissa Cadish.

According to the order, the documents that will be unsealed do not contain any information that would compromise the ongoing investigation in any way nor present any danger to a private citizen. It was noted in the order though that a couple of phrases in the warrants will be redacted to ensure that the investigation is not compromised.

He was pretty tall not sure of official height but 6’1” seems a bit short. Also the pic of him in the room is absolutely Steve. 100%
