Search warrant suggests cops witnessed Las Vegas killer's suicide
It was widely reported that the man behind the rapid-fire massacre took his own life by shooting himself in the mouth as police closed in on his Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino suite, according to an autopsy.
Officials with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department have said he was found dead of that self-inflicted gunshot wound on the floor of the 32nd floor room.
In the hours after the attack, police Sgt. Jerry MacDonald contradicted that narrative during a 3 a.m. phone call requesting a search warrant from a judge, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported, citing recently unsealed court documents.
One page states that “as SWAT officers breached room 135, they observed Stephen Paddock place a gun to his head and fire one round,” according to the paper.
The Review-Journal reports that MacDonald helped draft the preliminary report on their investigation into the mass attack, which left 58 people dead and 500 more wounded. He is expected to address the discrepancy later on Wednesday.
The case kicked off to a tumultuous start with numerous tweaks to law enforcement's timeline of how the attack unfolded. Paddock's firearm cache and lifeless body were pictured in leaked crime scene photos weeks after the deadly assault.
His motive for unleashing the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history remains a mystery.

How do you guys think the "accidental discharge" from the cop works into this?
They said they didn't breach for 50 minutes because the shooting stopped so they figured it was no longer an active shooting, how does this work now that we know he wasn't fucking dead
In those 50minutes they kept the cops there instead of bringing in swat, there was only 1 swat member.... why?

Isnt that the whole premise behind fake news? Get your agenda out first even if its wrong because the lemmings wont take the time to find out the truth.

Funny how none of the "gun" experts in this thread have come out since its confirmed there are other suspected shooters now.
No idea about that guy aside from what I've read on the news since it hit (I have google alerting me daily on new stuff). My understanding was he sold military grade ammo and other stuff and wound up selling Steve the tracer rounds they found in his room (and used apparently). He became a person of interest in the beginning because they found an amazon box with his name as the sender at one of Steve's houses.
I don't blame them....it is ego that makes one make such a quick decision on how an event they were not at, went down...defense of ones Ego,to be precise.
Some of the "new" info released is likely accurate, but there is certainly disinformation also being released.
Doubt we ever get the real story.
Sad to think that way but it is truth most likely.
