I have a 93 pound Anatolian Shepherd that I rescued a few years ago, she's great other than going from a deep sleep to DEFCON 1 in a split second whenever anyone walks down our cul de sac. She can be on high alert for cars depending on how long of a run I took her on that morning. There are 2 cats that claim my girlfriend as their owner, even though I usually end up changing the litter boxes & brushing the long haired one, & also dispensing of the catnip, not that I'm bitter about that.

I’d say we would eat the neighbor before it got down to the kids. My wife keeps up her shit and she will go before the dogs. Not sure about sides in that scenario.
