Instant pot pork ribs, shells and cheese, kale salad, dill pickle.

The ribs were insane. I had two racks and couldn’t get either out of the pot with them coming apart. I might put them in for 30 min instead of 45 next time but they were so good I’m not sure.

I guess you call this instant pot coconut stew. Chicken breast, shrimp, butternut squash, spinach, coconut cream, chicken stock and spices with rice.

Cooked for 13 minutes high setting on meat / stew and God damn was it good.

Open fire cooking is great, especially fish straight from the lake, but not something I’m able to do everyday.

I am not a fan of photo filters at all, you can make shitty food look good.

You lucky bastard, I don’t give a shit how it looks if it tastes good.

There’s trout, goldeye and catfish within an hour of here. This was from last year.

Wow looks like fun
never seen gold eye

love trout and catfish

Catfish are not that common in the locations I go, plus they stock rivers with millions of trout and we have salmon runs so catfish aren't commonly caught.

Fishing as a Kid is one of my most vibrant memories...your son will look back on that with a smile IMO

Omelet night: Two egg whites, one egg, a handful of chopped spinach, feta, and a little pepper.

Simple and delicious!
