I like the idea of way less nutrients

I'm cheap and lazy.
1 kg bag of maxibloom is about $20-$25. At 1 teaspoon/gallon or less, that's a lot of nutes. Since coco is a hydro medium, I feed every watering, so there is no schedule to forget or fuck up. Since all stages of growth get the same feeding, there is only one formula/ratio to mix and to store.
Like I said: stoner proof.

I would highly advise straight water every third feeding.

When I've had too much fan blowing directly on leaves, they sometimes curl down on the tips, but the curling up all along the edges is something different. Like I said, I'm far from a pro, so maybe web-search leaf canoeing and see if anything that matches what your girls went through pops up.

If the plants are too close to the light, they can taco, but from what @Gay for Longo has been telling me, that isn't the case. It is most likely nutrient related, specifically calcium (adding calmag will fix it)or too many nutes being added aND then nute lockout. If you water too often this can happen as well, so it is always important to let the pots dry out out prior to feeding again. My gut is telling me calcium.

My regular water comes in at 350ppm and ive got all of the girls runoff down to under 500 now so I'm happy about that

Edit: oh and about the canoeing
I have the heat going between 70-79 so I don't think its the heat
I think I had too much air being forced on them from fans for the first month to month and a half in flower (they were dancing around), so I moved one of the fans up higher so it creates more airflow up top as well as below and they started to open up a bit more
Dunno if that was it for sure but it's weird that it only really happened with the 3 plants that are in the back of the tent
Possible because those are right under the air filter which sucks in pretty hard?

So should I just grab a little calmag and try it out to see if it helps
I thought it was ph and ive gone from 6.2 all the way down to 5.8 and it helped some problems but not that at all

I was really thinking it was lockout due to particles already being in my water and thats why ive been cutting back even more on nutrients this grow

It could certainly be nute lockout, but after that is solved the plants will recover within 10 days max (not nute burns, but other symptoms of lockout). Here you are in final flush stages and the leaves are still taco shaped. That indicates to me it was a calmag issue. To answer your question, yes, by all means get calmag. It is one of the most important supplements you can have in your arsenal.

Make sure to look at the feed charts. Just because one is more expensive than another doesn't necessarily mean you should go the cheap route. Like most nutes, some are more concentrated than others, so sometimes you save money by going with a more expensive nute, even if it is the same volume as another.

No, I have been out of growing too long to be up on this shit. When I was growing I had sea cal and sea mag as two separate nutrients, so I could adjust whatever I needed, but I was growing with 7 or 8 separate supplements. Since you're with dutch, I see no reason to switch brands since it would all be in the same feeding chart, however if you do some research there may be a superior "insert supplement or nute here."

I might also add that anything goes with anything when adding supplements, but dialing it in by mix and matching is where it gets tricky.
