Nah. I'm accident prone enough that I've had so many of those that i probably pass along that vaccination to every lady I'm slow in pulling out on.
I think it's a lot better, almost walking without a limp. Girl told me she could see the nerves while I got stitched up.
I actually got my first one of those in like 5 years. When it comes to inuries like this the main thing is to avoid infection.

Yup. If you have to get it chopped off make sure to get a whale bone peg leg. I hear that's the best stuff for peg legs
Got antibiotics, a tetanus shot, anti swelling pills and painkillers. Not gonna drink for a while.
