I picked up some flank steak and Chuck steak yesterday and have been marinading it for carne asada tacos. It's about to be on up in this bitch.

I have a recipe that couldn't be easier. I don't know where you live but but you only need to source two ingredients:




Liberally sprinkle the goya one both sides over your meat a d rub it in. Then pour some tampico on top of it. Layer your meat piece by piece, each time adding tampico on top. Cheap and easy, plus tastes amazing. You can substitute orange juice or lemonade for the tampico, but you have to limit your marinading time to 20 minutes because of the acidity. With tampico you can marinade overnight with no issues. This recipe is awesome on chicken and pork as well. If you live outside of the US or in an area that doesn't have authentic mexican food, it will blow people's minds.

I have some chicken marinating in honey, sumak, harissa and raas el hanout to skewer up and stick on the oven. I wanted to grill but it’s too damned windy. I’ll knock up a Greek salad to go with it.
