I thought Trump liked the gheys.
He has no problem with them. People have somehow dubbed him a hater of gays women and black people. It’s easy to be a sheep, it’s harder to be a wolf. You guys can hate trump all day but the proof of what he is doing is there. You post and article about the poor meanwhile all other economic numbers seem to beg to differ. Oh well. Strap up and get ready for another 6 years.

I didnt think he did. Hence why I didnt understand your comment.

Economic numbers dont reflect the income inequalities and social polarization.

Do you disagree with the article? Do you think the poor are doing better under the Trump administration?

Shep smith hates Trump because Shep is gay.
Compelling argument.
On another note, has there ever been a president that slams the FBI and other institutions of law?(that’s is not Nixon.) Why would a CEO put on blast to make a business to look weak in front of strangers. Does that not devalue said company? Disgruntled employees I could see but a CEO? Now a president of a nation doing that would it be right?

LEts be very real and very clear here. NOBODY in the government arena anted trump to be president. Obama had weaponized divisions before no reason to think he wasn’t trying to ensure trump doesn’t win. I am so far from a conspiracy theorist but I don’t think all the spygate stuff is conspsiracy, I think it was real. Heavy duty powers that be hate trump and that included the big dogs from fbi, cia, and WH.

However, the data from the U.S. Census Bureau he cited covers only the period through 2016, and he gave no comparative figures for before and after Trump came into office in January 2017.
US child poverty rates hit an all time low in 2016. A statistically significant drop in child poverty rates were recorded from 2010-2016.

18% of American children were living in poverty in 2016. Infant mortality rate of 5.6%. USA ranking 25th of 29 of the industrialized countries ranked on the amount $ invested in children.

The UN report highlights the policy chances made since 2016 which will have a negative impact on child poverty rates and increase social polarization - e.g. slashing welfare rates, decreasing access to health insurance, higher rates of incarceration, increasing food insecurity rates, increasing the war on drugs, reducing work place protections, educational cutbacks, proposal to cut food stamps / Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program, the tax reforms and so on.

Do you think the rates of child poverty decreased in 2017 and the first quarter of 2018? Feel free to counter these claims with some statistics.
https://www.savethechildren.org/content/dam/global/reports/2018-end-of-childhood-report-us.pdf - Page 25 of this report has some updated 2017-2018 statistics which seem to illustrate the majority of individual states child poverty levels are getting worse based on numerous indicators, such as, educational levels, child mortality rates, undernourishment, being a victim of violence, child pregnancies and others.

The policies I can think of off the top of my head from the current administration that might reduce child poverty levels are the robust economy (although it should be noted most children in poverty come from single parent families - so if the family has multiple children, it makes it hard for the single parent to participate in the workforce at a rate that will make it worth while after childcare) and the immigration clamp down (less children already in poverty entering into the country).

Any other thoughts on new policies that would have a positive impact on child poverty levels in America?

I quoted the article you posted homeslice.
You can't say trumps increasing poverty and then in the same article say the last bit of data you have is from before he was president .
Those tax cuts also increase the amount back per kid so there's that.

Now his lawyers are boasting of Trump's ability to pardon himself. He must know he's fucked.

There's a theory going around that he's trying to pre-empt potentially damaging information that the Special Counsel is going to release.
Yep. 'The President can't be indicted' - yes, he can. lol.
'The President can't be guilty of collusion' - yes, he can.

I suspect he is planting seeds in the minds of potential juries that might consist of magatards. 'Well, Trump said he's not guilty, so it must be true'.
I wonder what the orange dotard would look like in an orange jumpsuit though.... the walls are closing in and he is panicking.

Nixon tried that "I can always pardon myself" bullshit until he was told that no, he couldn't.

Like a caged animal.
Mothafucka done lost his tiny mind.

And it is entertaining as hell.

Trump angrily insists Mueller probe is ‘unconstitutional’ in misspelled Twitter rant
The funniest thing to me is the idea of an “innocent” man begging to have the investigation stopped. This “witch hunt”. An innocent man would laugh at the investigation and welcome it. This dirtbag piece of shit con man won’t even show his tax returns.
The idea that the investigation is has been going on to long is a fucking joke too. I think it might be a rather complicated legal matter to remove a sitting president from office. I’m pretty sure Mueller is going to take his time and make sure his t’s are crossed and his i’s are dotted. This is probably the biggest case in US legal history and it is going to have to hold up to unprecedented scrutiny and challenges.
This corrupt fuck and his little gargoyle Giuliani have been yelling “show us what you got”! for months.
