With countries like venezuela, democratic republic of the congo, china, cuba, ethiopia etc... as members of the council, it's a joke. People may get heart wrenching reactions based on the "human rights council" title sounding official, but for fuck sakes, who actually enforces policy within their countries? I don't think anyone in the United States thinks we should takes advice from these comedians.

I see you added to your post significantly. I will spell this out slowly for you. Liberals are outraged at "children being ripped from their mother's arms" when the mothers (or fathers, or both together) are breaking the law and subjecting their children, or "children" to this. There is no inhumane treatment to the children. 12,000 children were being detained, and 10,000 crossed the border alone, then 2,000 were taken from their parents, or "parents." This was no issue with the Obama presidency, and don't act like it didn't happen (multiple pics being used to infuriate people were from the Obama era).
If "ripping children from their mother's arms" is worth outrage, how is it not outrage to rip a child from their mother's womb after killing him or her?
Liberals either care about children or dont. I'm just saying be consistent.
