Why are you goofs talking about Khabib vs GSP?

That Dagestani is gonna take a dirt nap in less than a month.

What are you? Some type of Conor McGregor nut hugger? Khabib is going to rag doll Conor. I don’t know who you are but I bet you picked Till over Woodley too, right?

I'm a 50-something stoner from Oregon. I often talk about the Pride Days and my favorite fighter is Mauricio Shogun Rua (the GOAT). I'm 6'0" but my girlfriend tells me that's really tall and I believe her. I prefer mature content over jokes because most sarcasm goes over my head.

And yes, I picked Till over Woodley. While I was wrong with that pick, I won't be wrong on Conor-Khabib.

The top 3-5 guys no doubt but if he moved up I'd assume he'd get on a program that would allow him to be at his peak performance. His timing would be great too. Guys like Weidman, Souza, Brunson, Branch and Yoel are going to be tappergin off any fight now (all around 35-40 years old) so he could work his way up then get some good names on his resume. Guys like Kelvin, who moved up, Costa and Isreal are probably the future of the division whether they be trip 5 rotation or champs. If Till added some size to fill in he'd be competitive.
I am massively unimpressed with Till. I don't think anyone will even remember him in 2 years...

Not a fan of DC but he explained two of my big concerns with Till perfectly. Excellent analysis. Till can hit hard, he's fast and can take a punch and pretty much has nothing else going for him. He looked like a King of the Cage fighter who was 4-0 out there and had previously not ahown much else beside the 3 attributes I mentioned above before this fight.

I see GSP jabbing him to death Koschek style. I think because of the strength of his striking he can even take down Khabib when Khabib covers up. I think GSP beats Conor easily too (side mount dropping elbows) but at least Conor has a striker’s chance. Khabib is in my opinion no danger to GSP. Sure I could see him getting a takedown and hanging on to control to win a round but I don’t see him being strong enough to damage GSP on the ground.
I agree. GSP would son Khabib...

till was trying to play the chess game IMO

he should have just thrown a few heavy strikes, instead he paced himself and failed to get off

that was my point

and I do agree he would be good as a MW
The game of chess where he has no head movement, comes charging in like an 19th century, drunken sailor with his head up, chin out and hands down and then gets taken down and literally has no idea what Tyronn is doing because jiu jitsu is for women's defense classes?

Lol

Conor's the only one left to rep British Isles, England fell off
I know you said British Isles but this is still funny:

White: "All of Brazil will be watching him defend his title [points to Jose Aldo], all of the UK will be watching [points to Conor McGregor]. You’ll have Canada, United States, Australia…"

McGregor: "Ireland will be watching."

White: "Ireland, Ireland. I thought that was the same thing, apparently not."

McGregor: "It is most certainly not."
