What's your favorite lizard?Yes.....any other “queries”?
Komodo dragon......let one naw on your face and then taunt it by throwing things at it....What's your favorite lizard?
It works well for chicken breast, which can be dry. For legs, you want crispy skin, which takes a while under the grill.
Anyone who criticises sous vide has obviously never used it.
"I do steaks on the grill and they're great. Therefore, anything else must be terrible, even though I've never tried it."
Apt that you reference primal ancestors, cos that's the level of understanding being applied by the technophobes. How's the x386 going?
That's not a grill, it's a toaster oven.Yeah these steaks would be great if they were placed ON the grill. I hope you like it rare.
What's the longest any of you have ever boiled a steak?
My folks left some frozen ones at my house (I reckon that's payment for using all of my propane) so I'm considering simmering one for a silly long time as an experiment just to see what happens to a strip after 24 hours or so...
I should also note that by "considering" i meant that I've had one going at 127° for about 14 hours already.
Is that you @Galt? 555People who boil steaks can go fuck themselves in hell with poll pot and Amy winehouse the

Why not just fix/replace the cords?Anyone have any recommendations on a good circulator?
My shithead dog decided to chew up a bunch of power cords yesterday. I don't even know how he got to this one but now I need to replace a couple of things and fix some cords on things.
I am.Why not just fix/replace the cords?
Also boiling meat is big gay, not that there's anything wrong with that.
