Why are they remaining anonymous?

Wasnt that a red flag for many?
Is it a red flag for you?

Here are my red flags.

Never told until 2012. The only 3 told outside her husband were a casual friend at lunch, a woman walking her dog, and her son's baseball coach. Not her family or her lifelong friend.

There were 6 people at that party. The other 5 deny that they were there.

Lie detector test released but only 2 questions revealed. Why not the whole test?
(The responses to simple questions are just as important as the big questions. That is undisputed.)

Does she exaggerate things? She said that she received medical treatment. The only thing released is her therapist's notes which were vague, and who by the way, got the basic details wrong. And the only other note from therapist was a passing note of "attempted rape" a year later.

Aaaaand this comment by her husband....he needs to keep quiet. Lol

"She didn’t always get along with her parents because of differing political views," Russell Ford told the Washington Post. "It was a very male-dominated environment. Everyone was interested in what’s going on with the men, and the women are sidelined, and she didn’t get the attention or respect she felt she deserved. That’s why she was in California, to get away from the D.C. scene."

A victim always has the right to want to remain anonymous.

Those admitting to sex crimes are not awarded the same rights to anonymity.

When you plead guilty to a crime, do you have the right to anonymity?

If you want to step up and take the blame for your actions, you cant do so while hiding in the dark.
A victim does not have the right to remain anonymous. A person has a right to face their accuser. It's the law. And for good reason.

However, there are laws that allow certain persons found guilty of a crime to remain anonymous (by either having their record expunged or sealed). This also has good reasons.

I have said previously, there have been red flags raised with Fords claims.

The fact people who are apparently admitting to the crimes but being sheltered from the media is more of a red flag in my books though.

Well this isnt true, or at least not true in Canada. Victims of abuse and or sexual offenses are often shielded from the media and have a publication ban in regards to their identity.

Can you provide any examples of someone being able to remain anonymous in America after admitting to committing sex crimes?

that statute of limitations is long past, they are not under prosecution and will never be. They're not even pleading guilty to a crime, no one knows what their version of events is like. But Brett said he was never there.

I was referring to criminal law (persons being accused of a crime), not media. My bad.

We are on the precipice of 90's hip hop battles...on K street.
Dems and GOP will be calling shots on each other.

Corey Booker is gonna hold Donald Trump over the edge of a hotel balcony and demand the rights to the next nomination.
