Possibly. Again, it doesn't seem to be too bad. The proximal shaft of the fibula is pretty dark, but that could be image technique as much as low bone density. The calcifications coming off both the medial malleolus and lateral malleolus makes me assume it is an elderly patient
How much longer do you think the patient will be able to walk?
