Thanks for the help, gayboys, anyhow, it turns out they don't really have much flank or skirt available so I got a filet, and spiced the fucker thinner. Then I got an old iced cream tub and squezzed a lemon, a lime and an orange. Added some cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and some soy sauce. Then left it and now it waits....Hmm well I'm putting back my cooking excursion a day. Due to unforeseen circumstances.

It was pretty fucken good. Won't use a whole lime iin the juice next time and definitely use cheaper meat when I find a decent supply. I'll be making this a lot from now on tho. And fucking with the juice of course
