Some inside info

I have a connex with Jericho
Not through wrestling but through music/Fozzy

He told me several times that the band never understood why WWE did nothing for them. No Mania appearances or anything.
Jericho always stuck up for Vince/WWE though.
But when he asked to do something with NXT on the cruise & HHH was open to discuss it, but Vince said no.
Jericho asked ROH & they said "sure" before any money or details were discussed.
They thought it sounded fun.
Then Callis asked him if Impact can be involved & he went to ROH expecting a no & they said "sure, sounds like fun".
Then he started talking with Young Bucks about a match against them on the cruise & they said "it would be more fun to team with you".
that was when he realized wrestling away from WWE was closer to his music career.

But with all that, my friend said for Jericho to coin the phrase "Changing The Universe" that he has to be made at Vince.
Notice how The Elite set it up for Jericho to say it
Expect a tee-shirt, if AEW/PWTees thinks they won't get sued.
I mean the name Fozzy and him being a pro wrestler gets him negative points at the get go in most Rock fans minds. But he's put out solid music over the years and has beeeen quite successful. I agree with the band. Why not use them to open up SummerSlam if not Mania? Use them for the fan fest. Something. But you can tell those guys are having fun. Something the wwe guys aren't. And NJPW guys are seemingly falling into that rut as well.

Jericho is a rock & roller at heart.
He isn't about being corporate or told what to do

He did it for about 18 years (last 10 on/off) because he respected Vince & loved performing

he came back in between Fozzy dates & never did TV
Only house shows, because there was nothing corporate

Now he can have fun & be creative & be close to a RnR version of wrestling

I bet there's a few WWE stars keeping their eye on these guys.

Fingers crossed for Gallows and Anderson. Plus the Revival.

The latest BTE was well done. Kenny and Marty were the only 2 not to have timers on their phones the last few months. Well. Kenny lost his phone a while back with no attention to it. His phone was found in the bushes outside the Tokyo dome with the timer sound going off. Pretty fun writing they're putting out with this series.
I can't wait to see how they build Kenny's announcement.

I wonder if they'll have a McMahon angle like they had with "H".

Shad Kahn is worth 6.3 billion
Of course that doesn't mean he will go toe to toe with Vince ASAP
But I love he can

In hospital so limited web time.

Only new news is Jericho signed a deal that allows him to do other things, but main base is AEW.

Dave said there were some bitterness on the NJPW end last week and thinks that can go away in a few months and a deal gets made

Haha. I just saw a spoiler for Neville and came here to ask you if it was possible. When I saw your post. I marked out. Legit marked out. Biggest free agent signing imo. He has more in ring potential than Kenny or Anyne else. I love his talent .
I've never seen a Neville/PAC match.

Any recommendations? Or can I just watch any of his?

I gave this some thought, along with WWE immediately putting the ”no no” on AEW shirts, if said story is true.

We see countless BC, Elite, Bucks shirts at WWE events, saw some LIJ and GoD shirts as well on the television. Found that somewhat odd.

Wondering if Vinney doesn’t like that Khan is indeed capable of bringing Ted Turner flashbacks.

Any. Him vs Austin Aries at Mania is a must. Anything of his the Last year he was in the E is amazing. His heel work is top notch. But let's push Enzo instead.

NXT crowds loved Breeze.
I bet he'd get a decent pop if he was to sign on for AEW's Jacksonville show.
The WWE know how to get a guy to connect with the crowd and to shit all over everyone. They show Him behind the scenes in nxt. Show how he's their hardest worker. He's been there the longest just waiting on his break. How he changed his gimmick to something he didn't want to do. But did it anyways and made it work. Only to call him up and job him out.

You don't almost let the underdog win the North American or IC title. You let him beat Ricochet. You reward him and the crowd. Put the strap on the underdog and celebrate the AND NEW!! It then allows you to elevate Breeze to championship level. Even if he loses the belt the very next match. He's now, a former Champion. The company is rewarded with another former champ to bill against other guys. It takes Ricochet to the next level in that he's now a 2 time champion and he will never let his gaurd down again.

In my opinion, it's lazy writing or booking. They can't seem to trust anyone enough to get over, even tho they're already over.

Sorry for the rant .

But hey they gave Breezango a show on the network so it evens out right?

Just for the record, I was being sarcastic...in case that didn't come across. Haha.

Same thing with Gallows and Anderson.
I knew you were lol. But that's my reaction to the decisions Vince makes. Just shrug.....

Well ...
Guess what?

This made my day

Chris Harrington the newly appointed 'VP of Business Strategy" for the All Elite Wrestling (owned by the billionaire Khan family that owns Jacksonville Jaguars & Fulham FC) , emailed me to compliment me on the article I did regarding Bellator/UFC finances

Meltzer:
The Bucks deal was for money roughly the same as WWE champion A.J. Styles, which would have also included BTE being made a regular weekly show on the WWE Network, as well as something I’ve never heard WWE concede on, which was a six-month window where they could have left their three-year contract if they wanted and weren’t happy with their push.
Those who work in WWE with knowledge of the deal were certain they wouldn’t turn it down, and outright told me that they would be debuting at the Rumble, and had a Rumble-to-Mania significant storyline. When they made the decision to go to AEW, they remarked that it was mind-boggling that they would ever get an offer at that level, and even more that they were turning it down. But they did roughly 12 hours of talks with Levesque, who they heavily praised in how he handled everything, in particular seeing the comedy aspect in the skit they did where they superkicked Kazarian dressed up as him over-and-over in what was the public turning down of the offer on BTE.

Its funny because all the BS newZ type are saying Dave lied for them & that no way they offered over a million for them & Cody

but anybody with an iota of common sense know its worth millions to VKM to stop Cody & TYB from doing AEW

I'm just glad they acknowledge the BTE show as something valuable. They legit made the elite stars. Along with SCU and Joey "That Famous Dick Wrestler" Ryan. They have changed the game for sure. Makes me happy that Trips sees this and tried to sign them to a great contract.

But when you see your Good Brothers get walked on for 2 years. It's hard to not do your own thing. Especially when you have the dream and momentum is on your side...(Along with a Billionaire BAYBAY)

Its obvious by NXT that Hunter is not the issue.
It is Vince
