Breakfast ^^^
I do a similar breakfast Monday to Friday.

Hard boiled egg, full avocado and some sort of pre cooked meat (a sausage, couple slices of bacon or some beef) all smothered in Cholula and S&P.

Delicious, protein packed and keeps my morning energy up.

Breakfast.

Eggs, chilli, sausage and pepperoni.

I may have to go back to bad after this.
I had to laugh.
I'm now on a somewhat specific diet to avoid statin medication.

Homemade beef chili(96% lean, soaked red beans, garlic etc.)on egg whites topped with extra sharp hard white cheddar & the green thing, a half a day staple.

Got 2 meals cooking right now. Both won't be ready til tomorrow.

Smoking a tri tip and rump for chili and soaking light kidney beans and black beans.

Also boiling down a whole chicken for chicken noodle soup.

I'll update with my progress.

What happened to the chicken?
Came out great. I didn't get a final picture, but this is what I have.

Boiled the chicken down.

Separated the meat.

Preparing the stock that cooked out of the chicken.

Veggies and chicken added. Don't have a final picture with the noodles.
