NaHCO3 dissolves in water, releasing CO2. So what? Nothing. CO2 will just vent out the breather hose.
But looking at the compounds involved...
Gasoline is isooctane, butane, 3-ethyltoluene, and a little octane enhancer, per wikipedia.
I'm not convinced they will react either.
Only the octane enhancer might interact with the oxygen and methyl group available. Probably just make a slow and sludgy mess. And I'd bet youd need a lot of them to foul a modern filter.
