back in 2004, being near an explosion was only treated with a routine check, and even if you were showing signs of concussion, you were returned to your duty within few days of rest, no one really gets medevac for being near an explosion unless you have shrapanel stuck in you, had some burns, or blown to pieces.@Splinty is this all on the up and up or can you sense something shady going on? To me, a total layperson, the reporter seemed a bit aggressive but it seems to all make sense, except that such a protocol would be followed about this particular incident, but idk.
Department of Defense Off-Camera Press Briefing by Assistant to the Secretary of Defense Hoffman and Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of Defense Farah > U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE > Transcript
- George Soros said that the U.S. economy could be headed for calamity as a result of President Donald Trump’s efforts to juice American business.
- “The stock market, already celebrating Trump’s military success, is breaking out to reach new heights,” he said. “But an overheated economy can’t be kept boiling for too long.”
- The longtime investor’s comment came on the heels of fresh record highs in the U.S. stock market and amid the longest bull market in American history.

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano on Thursday penned an op-ed arguing that the articles of impeachment and the House managers' case against President Trump provide "ample and uncontradicted" evidence to support the Senate removing him from office.
"What is required for removal of the president? A demonstration of presidential commission of high crimes and misdemeanors, of which in Trump's case the evidence is ample and uncontradicted," he wrote.
Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) addressed the controversy on Thursday afternoon via Twitter.
“Just left the secure room having read the classified document regarding [Vice President] Pence’s Sept 18 call [with] Zelensky,” Murphy tweeted. “1. Nothing in it is classified. It should be made part of the public record immediately. 2. Hiding evidence of wrongdoing through bogus classification is unacceptable.”
