2/3 of symptomatic tests that came back are positive.
The rest are inconclusive or haven't happened yet, as of that tweet.
I'd assume the final tally to be round 60-70% have COVID-19

The only reason I can think to NOT test is that 1> test are limited 2> they had no symptoms 3> they quarantined them anyways so who cares.

But whatever it takes to get the results back, one or two days probably 2 days, ok?
