This isn't exactly the bubonic plague, so I don't see government speeding things up too quickly. Seeing that spring is a week away, the virus should slow down on its own. Trump did pass the "right to try" act or whatever it was called, so if anyone would allow people to use a new vaccine that hasn't gone through rigorous testing, it's trump.
