Read a thread from an Englishman in China which was too long to post, but gist of it was that the Chinese are extremely disciplined on self isolating, compared to the english anyway. He went clubbing and had to provide temperature and details on a app to prove he wasn't a new arrival and possible carrier. Which the way he describes it is just standard procedure for most things when something like this happens. We just don't have that kind of social knowledge and responsibility.
It will be interesting to see if Kentucky follows Ohio's lead and closes bars and restaurants.
