Yes. Interstate travel will likely be banned and multiple states are considering shelter in place. If things like the Florida vid above continue, we'll be seeing a lot more of the national guard soon.
The most affected cities already have. No gatherings over 10 people, bars are closed, coffee shops/restaurants are take-out or drive through only, gyms are closed, hell barbershops are closed, schools are closed, almost anyone that can WFH is doing so. There isn't much to do outside your home other than hit the grocery store or bank or go visit a friend at their home.
