If you can watch that and NOT see how poorly he handled it, I really don't know what I can say to explain it. Not trying to be a smart ass, but really, it's terribly obvious how much better he could have handled it. Instead he attacks a reporter for asking a VERY valid question about a VERY valid concern. People are freaking out and they look to the person who sits in that seat for guidance and reassurance yet he's unable to get over himself to actually provide that for anyone.
