80% infection rate and 1.4% fatality rate works out to 3.7M dead in the US.
That's hopeful?
The 1.4 fatality rate is bogus.
They are only using tested people to get their results. It's not being done to be misleading, but that doesn't mean the results are correct.
Bold statement to make there, however the circumstances allow it.
I say, collective culture vs. individualistic culture. Collective cultures, Asian cultures, are more likely to act successfully as a group. S. Korea for instance. That, and masks. The countries that are doing good, are all wearing mask, regardless of symptoms.
This is the only way you can determine fatality rate. This is why we should do mass-testing but the government is still pulling their pants up.

The arrogance some of these Western cultures have shown is simply embarrassing...
