not to interrupt but if he's in pain it's likely an infection and putting pieces of sliced garlic near the problem area will help with that and could ease the pain within an hr or so potentially. When I was in a bad situation I would just keep putting a new piece in once I'd mangled the current one, and even fell asleep with it in the corner of my mouth multiple times.
He'll tell me to fuck off but I'll suggest it. Not his first rodeo but I'll have a go. Typical, I've been laid up for 3 days, now I'm feeling better and he's got a bad tooth where he can't eat. I have a freezer full of meat I want to cook.
