I like using cottage cheese as a mayo substitute with chicken and tuna salad. With the right seasoning it can taste damn good and it’s solid protein.whipped up a chicken salad and took the kids up the Salt River. All of state parks are closed, but we did some exploring anyway.
ProTip - get a 1/4c heavy cream and whip it to some soft-ish peaks, add it with the mayo.
