Very nice setup. People seem to really like that style of smoker
People do like it but they must have nothing to do but hang out outside and watch the grill.

I inherited the green egg from my brother and honestly it's a pain in the ass. You have to watch it constantly, the temp can go up or down unexpectedly, for reasons I can't explain. Unless I'm going to be outside doing yard work for the day I don't use it.

Interesting. I've got my smoker down to 1 split every 55 min

I had so many carrots and so much carrot. Have a boat loaf of chicken herbs and spices

I didn’t have coriander which I prefer and I didn’t have lime so I pickled the carrot. Cabbage and onion in rice win and sugar

good!

I just don’t want waste veg at the moment. Everything else can so itself in the freezer

I didn’t have coriander which I prefer and I didn’t have lime so I pickled the carrot. Cabbage and onion in rice win and sugar

I would agree but this is what I woke up about this morning and imagined to get rid of stuff that I hd on hand, have to say it was actually my favourite haha.

I despise food wastage anyway and can normally make something out of nothing...the tortillas were in my cupboard already, but at the moment....

And the cotilla cheese, I've had that in the fridge for months, it'll be pushing up the daisies the same time my flour tortillas do. They last forever.

That looks amazing. Are you using Honey Hog (Meat Church) or Killer Bee (Kosmo Q) rub? It looks like you are.
Just some generic seasoning. A general purpose salt, pepper, garlic seasoning and sugar rub with cayenne and cumin. Used yellow mustard for a binder and I'll smoke them with hickory. When I'm all done, I'll glaze then with a mixture of some kind of bbq sauce, honey and apple vinegar.

Beautiful, I too use honey. I do the 3-2-1 method and before the wrap i brush on some honey and sprinkle some more rub on, comes out amazing.
