Where did I say that?you're right, an unmasked human can endanger far more people than a lone nutball with a firearm.
COVID is a hoax?

i guess i missed what you meant by letting a falsehood endanger you...Where did I say that?
i guess i missed what you meant by letting a falsehood endanger you...
i've got a thick skull.
so nobody bothered to tell people how to wear a mask? I'll admit, it took me a little bit to adjust to it when I had to wear a bunnysuit in a factory, but you get used to it. In 2 months those people won't even be thinking about their mask. Some will feel naked without it.I should go video the folks at the grocery. Touching everything. Then touching their face to adjust the mask. Pulling if off their face after talking. Constantly fidgeting with it.
It protects you from NOTHING. Someone sneezes on you - that shit is still getting in your eyes so you have accomplished absolutely nothing.
If you have a propensity to sneezing or coughing - wear a mask. If you are just standing there breathing, there is zero point to having one on. None.
My local market is a microcosm of America.so nobody bothered to tell people how to wear a mask? I think you overstate how easy it is to get the virus through your eyes...but I can wear glasses if I'm worried about it..if you're wearing a mask none of the sneeze gets in my eyes. Regardless, it limits the spread of your sneezes, coughs, grunts, and harumphs. It keeps your fingers out of your mouth and nose. Touching the mask doesn't infect you, touching picking your nose and wiping the corners of your mouth infects you - or asymptomatically spreads your infection.
Either way, it reduces the innoculum you spread and the innoculum you expose yourself to...which lowers your risk of hospitalization.
Is your only evidence your perception of people at your local market? That's not very good evidence.
wearing a mask doesn't infringe on anything in the Bill of Rights, and depending on your state/municipal gov't it may be within their enumerated powers to enforce dress codes for Public Safety.![]()
i'm not required to have showered in the last week to go out in public, but it's no hassle to me and just basic consideration for others I share the space with...masks are the same kind of thing. My local market is a microcosm of America.
Wearing a mask causes people to touch their face 68% more often.
i made that number up
Because it's pointless and retarded.i'm not required to have showered in the last week to go out in public, but it's no hassle to me and just basic consideration for others I share the space with...masks are the same kind of thing.
I guess I don't understand why someone wouldn't wear a mask in public. Just seems like the decent thing to do.
say you are in a state that has .005% confirmed cases in the total populationi'm not required to have showered in the last week to go out in public, but it's no hassle to me and just basic consideration for others I share the space with...masks are the same kind of thing.

that's a farcical analogy, and you're smart enough to see that.Because it's pointless and retarded.
I don't see why people don't hop around on one leg all day. Just seems like a decent thing to do.
If we are keeping score, that was probably the most effective mask in the store. The rona is making the California liberals show their true colors.
A man wore what appeared to be a KKK white hood on a trip to the grocery store
Why you want me in a mask so bad? You got a mask fettish or what?if I could prove to you that wearing a mask did not increase your risk of getting sick, would you agree that wearing a mask out of respect for others is the right decision?
then humans should have been wearing masks for the entire time since Germ Theory was introduced and acceptedthat's a farcical analogy, and you're smart enough to see that.

gonna be a shitload of lawsuits going on all over

I thought @Splinty hadn't posted for a while.
Much like bidets, they are common outside the US.then humans should have been wearing masks for the entire time since Germ Theory was introduced and accepted
I can't believe a human ever went without a mask honestly, completely irresponsible
i know you're not starting shit, it's a legit question.say you are in a state that has .005% confirmed cases in the total population
would you look down on a person for not wearing a mask in public?
not starting shit just curious
I do not know the numbers from wherever you live
gonna be a shitload of lawsuits going on all over
Counties are suing Newsome in Cali for closing a beach...he opened a beach and asked if the lawsuit was being dropped...The county said see you in court bud.
I knew these actions and lockdown were coming very early also.i know you're not starting shit, it's a legit question.
right now...almost. I think there's enough information out there for people to know that it's the right thing to do...if nothing else, as a symbol of mutual respect.
but I understand that change is a process, and some people adapt faster than others. I think you know I've been masking up in public for months now, and when I started there were folks at work who were downright offended. They told me the same things that@Hauler is saying, but now they're both wearing masks outside of our lab (big lab, lots of sunlight, not many people). And I realize that I'm a rapid adapter, and was aware of the situation early...that's not many people. And like I said, I wore a bunnysuit for 13 hr shifts doing factory maintenance for 4 years. Putting on a mask is easy living for me...but not for very many people.
is that building a bar?
I'm more of a "don't bring it, if you don't intend to use it" sort of guy. I don't look at guns symbolically, they are a tool.
