It means you can change the world if you believe in yourself.

We have a song about it in Australia from the 80s. It has the incredibly deep lyrics 'do what you want to do, be what you want to be, yeeeeaaaahhh'.

You can tell the songwriters were ahead of their time because they did not feel constrained by the correct usage of pronouns.

I think we can all learn from that song.
