my son had to go to his doctor office to get his required shots for being 11 yrs old.. we got there and there was a nurse posted outside and they did a heat scan on each person, nurse scanned us all and we had to wear a mask and was given a post it with a number on it to give the nurse inside.. once inside the nurse who scanned us went inside and another patient with her baby walked in to the office without being scanned and getting a fucking post it.. the inside nurse/clerk said nothing.. since there was a strict policy on only one parent going with the child i went to my truck to wait.. meanwhile it was getting close to lunch time and i can see all the nurses and doctors exit and pooling by one spot.. several of them were not wearing masks and hugging and high five each other.. ffs.. what was the point of getting heat scanned and wearing a mask when the medical front line can't ensure it's own frontline safety..

NEW YORK (WABC) -- A nurse on Staten Island is accused of stealing and using the credit card of a dying COVID-19 patient.
Danielle Conti, 43, a nurse at Staten Island University Hospital, is facing several charges -- including grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
Police say she used the dying patient's credit card to buy gas and groceries. She allegedly stole the card while making her rounds at the hospital.
The victim, who lived on Staten Island, died on April 12.
A relative noticed the unauthorized $60.23 charge while going through the victim's finances after his death and called police on April 28.
The hospital released a statement:
"Danielle Conti has been temporarily suspended and faces termination in response to the felony charges. We are working closely with the law enforcement authorities and the hospital is conducting its own investigation. Ms. Conti has been an employee since 2007."
