I'm making Red Wine-Braised Short Rib Stew tomorrow.
I'll be having wine during prep, some good music playing, it will be FANTASTIC.

Bacon, egg, sweet potato, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onion, and a little grated parmesan. Breakfast hash.

Bacon, egg, & avocado salad. I ran out of salad dressing, so I called an audible and went with hot sauce. I regret nothing.

Not cooking, but baking. I like to get in touch with my heritage at least once a week, so I made homemade sour dough everything bagels.

I wonder how many people are still rocking and using their sourdough starter
My lady makes killer crackers with it now, along with all the other stuff she learned to make

All thanks to you nancy boys cooking bread during your lockdown vacations.

That is cool, we haven't done pancakes yet.
Glad you guys are still with it...I would bet most of the starters were abandoned by now...she shared with a few people and they all killed the starters within weeks.

My lady has used it to make so many things, probably has done over 30 recipes or so...and it is all due to you guys spamming this board with starter posts...At first she was reluctant to try it, but now she is so happy I told her what you dudes were doing

She is one of those people with tons of different skills, and when she gets into something new she eventually becomes a master at it.

She even bought a pasta rolling attachment for the cuisinart because rolling out the cracker dough was making her arms sore, so now she is a pro with the pasta thingy...and now dabbling in many types of pasta also

Basically, You guys created a sourdough monster over here

I can't eat store bought bagels anymore man. I tried it like 3 weeks ago and they were terrible.
