I don't say this lightly, but I have more confidence in the United States being in the hands of Trump than I do Biden/Harris. Trump says stupid shit all the time. All of it, he without question is an egomaniac. But the checks and balances of the system largely diffuse his particularly dumb ideas. Biden on the other hand, his hairbrained schemes have the full backing of the DNC's political machine.

however thinking about the gameplay here. Joe Biden is the old moderate by stereotype. The left wing of the party is left out and he wants to create a big tent.
The left wing of the party is in the process of burning down half the country happily. So Joe Biden picks a cop. And because the Democrats are too short-sighted, videos of them arguing about each other with segregation will be played over and over.
Kamala Harris might be the only person that simultaneously undermines Joe biden's moderate appeal and also further pisses off the left of the party.

I did make that thread and I made it in earnest. I am wildly excited by highly competitive politics. I am completely bored to tears at watching turd sandwiches argue with turd sandwiches. either give me some memes or give me some really interesting debate. Whatever.
So when the Democrats seem to implode I really thought hey here's a chance for Trump's outsider opening to lead to a really interesting future.
I'm not really sure how to define what's occurring right now except some sort of party run by committee. I'm not sure what ethos is driving this machine.
Last week Rogan has 2 guys on from the Innoncence Project. When Harris' name came up as a potential VP candidate they railed on about how terrible she was and all the horrible shit she's responsible for. Then followed that up with what amounted to "Vote Blue No Matter Who" I couldn't believe the mental gymnastics they were doing to justify voting for the person who has been one of their biggest foils.
