I'm not sure if it will "rally" Biden supporters but I feel like pretty much anyone that was planning to vote and already leaning towards Biden just had Trump make their mind up for them.

I'm just thinking about whether it gets Biden voters off the couch. Hillary supporters stayed home and a big part of Trump's campaign was targeted demoralizing of those voters. Keep them apathetic about their candidate.
This court move seems one of those most likely to engage a "fuck you" vote in response.
It may be the icing on the cake but pretty much Trump's existence seems to be enough to get people to vote this time.

I've heard people rationalize a Biden vote by it being a way to keep Trump from appointing another judge. Now that that's flown out the window it seems like a decent reason to stay on the couch.

This actually highly concerning. Bankruptcy and debts are major issues when considering national security. Any of us would be turned down for a top secret clearance with this kind of behavior. It is one thing when it was just his companies. But personally being on the hook for 400 million without revenue stream to pay it is a position of weakness that is easily manipulated.

Also that flies in the face of the "blind trust" he setup when he was supposed to divest himself of all of his Trump assets as president.
He has the largest and most direct link to his companies still. Even when we all knew the blind trust wasn't worth shit since he appointed his kids to power positions.
