It's so odd to come to a forum and not see everyone spewing venom at the goat JJ. And you guys know which forum I'm talking about.

So fucking excited!
Pretty refreshing isn't it? The members here have renewed my faith in MMA fans.

Maybe I'm just a big fucking softy Idk. My thing is people talk like the dude murdered someone and then laughed about it. Imo he's shown sincere remorse, and until he shows that he doesn't give a fuck and continues he deserves a second chance.

And don't tell me this is his second chance. Falling a drug test isn't really against the law lol

I think the second chance comes from DUI being the first chance, and the hit & run being the second. And I'm not a Jones hater, but he could have easily murdered someone...well, manslaughter anyway, if that woman was killed by the crash. It is what it is, but running from the scene with weed and money in hand is some bush league shit. Man up, stay there, help the woman you injured and take your medicine. That's kinda where I stand on things.

Now, with that said. I truly hope this was a wake up call & the community service he's doing will help him reflect on what it means to be a decent human being and member of society. He has the great fighter part down already.

100% agree. My issue is the hate he gets from posters who have prob done things they're not proud of either.

Abd running from the scene was low down but obviously he was lit out of his mind. I will tell you from experience, there are thingsi did while on drugs that make me sick to think about now that I'm sober.
