I think the second chance comes from DUI being the first chance, and the hit & run being the second. And I'm not a Jones hater, but he could have easily murdered someone...well, manslaughter anyway, if that woman was killed by the crash. It is what it is, but running from the scene with weed and money in hand is some bush league shit. Man up, stay there, help the woman you injured and take your medicine. That's kinda where I stand on things.
Now, with that said. I truly hope this was a wake up call & the community service he's doing will help him reflect on what it means to be a decent human being and member of society. He has the great fighter part down already.
