Welp, my father in law and step mother in law have been exposed to covid, they were supposed to come out tomorrow. That's no longer happening. Good job guys.....
That sucks they cannot visit.
My family has experienced similar cancellations lately.

I don't think you can blame people for other people catching or being near viruses though.

If they have worn masks and socially distanced this wouldn't have been a big deal. But they had direct contact, no masks, and were all very very close to each other.

Do they feel alright at this time?
If so then that is a positive to the situation.

Sucks a family visit has been postponed no doubt.

I missed seeing my mom(70s) this weekend due to a similar thing.

They are fine now, the sad thing is, he's a farmer so he just naturally is socially distanced and screwed it all up, at a funeral for someone who died from covid.

If it makes you feel any better, being in a room wearing masks and being socially distanced is still considered "close contact".

I'm in favor of welding a lot of people into their homes.

Has nothing to do with Covid. Just think that the world would be a better place if some people weren't allowed in public.
Could we start with anyone who wants to be in charge of a country?

Saying numbers in FL are rising is disingenuous. If you look at pure case numbers, yes, this past week we were up about 10% compared to the week before.

But our positivity rate (a more accurate metric as the number of reported test results varies day to day and week to week) for the week before last and the past week has been 4.44% and 4.75%, respectively. That's a slight increase but both of those numbers are still good.

Don't get me wrong. The governor has reopened the entire state to nearly pre-covid levels, so we will see rising numbers eventually. We're just not seeing them yet.

Lol I guess he did respond
The guy set the shitpost record with 600 posts in a week before. I try to avoid reading his nonsense but it makes threads unreadable sometimes.

I still only see about 10%. I can't imagine having to read everything that uneducated goof posts.
