Not done yet, but we are staying here now. Pretty much done with master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and family room. For 6 months I was coming to the new place after work for demo/remodel and slept at the old place which is about 20 minutes away. Plenty of long nights.
Listed the old place last week and got 7 offers in 24 hours - definitely a seller's market right now.

I’m trying to tackle some projects around our place, trying to make it “market ready”. We don’t have any specific plans, but we want to move at some point and keep this as a rental.
I’m going to redo my front porch soon. It’s painted wood siding now and I want to replace with cedar siding. Think it will look good next to the white limestone on the other parts. Cedar is expensive right now...
Lumber market is in a free fall right now. Probably take a month before that pricing hits the box stores, but if you can wait - I'd wait. Probably save you around 40%.
