Nah Tony was a superstar who never got the push. Dana had disdain for the guy for whatever reason. They pick and choose who they push. They ignored Khabib for a long time too, till he beat Conor and they had to pass him the torch he deserved. Tony got robbed of his legacy by the promotion.
tony was never and will never be a superstar

The main event fighter literally begged to be named the number 1 fighter in an imaginary ranking system.

And then did a little diva performance for the camera, took his ball and went home because something that already has or will happen to literally all of us happened.

Much like the LHW division becoming more interesting with Jones moving to HW, the LW division will be much the same. There is a murderer's row in the LW top 10 and SO many interesting matchups. We may see that belt won & lost every other fight for the next couple years.

I like how these clowns above hate to have me point out that the two biggest most dominant names in the division never fought.

Khabib

Are you blind? To say Tony wasn’t amazing is to be delusional.
he is good but he isnt that great . he could have been much better if he wasnt a mentally ill wife beater who has no real camp or corner. he is his own worst enemy

Seems like you have a personal problem that blocks your ability to assess his skill level. You act like you’re here to judge his PERSONAL life. Stick to the subject Scottie.

They are both great fighters

Wasn't meant to be
Nahhhhh.. God gave us free will. Khabib chose to run from that obligation. All due respect to Khabib for his tenure as a GREAT CHAMPION. He was a true Champion, I’m not taking that away from him, but he did avoid his toughest fight in the division.
