We both know the only reason our economy isnt still the strongest it's ever been, the reason unemployment isnt still the lowest it's ever been is from the cornavirus. This would happen regardless of whos president

Remember biden wanted to leave the border open. He cared more about his chinese handlers feeling more than the safety of our country.

Go look into how many jobs got sent overseas during him and obamas terms. That's why we call him Beijing Biden.

Which things are the purview of the executive branch?

So far you've discounted everything as going to happen anyways or somebody else's problem. And I get that. Not everything is the president's fault or responsibility.

But the president does have a large piece and creation of new directions. while Congress must create any laws it's historical precedent that the president regularly puts forth a suggestion that his party would then take up.

So the president has control of things under his existing umbrella and really anything he wants to create. What do you see as the goal and role of the executive?
