These are not found votes. Not in the sense that you think.
There's not just some missing memory card and everyone thinks the election is done and then suddenly new votes arrive.
Per the Georgia Secretary of State every voter checks in and that gives a total count. You then reconcile the total count versus the count of votes for each candidate. you compare those numbers and you can see clearly that you're missing votes. You then have to find out where they're missing which is a rather short task.
Tldr this is only happening under the auspices of a statewide audit because this is the election that the Georgia Secretary of State chose to run an audit. These particular votes would have been added regardless as the total check-in tally and total votes would have been mismatched. This is a normal process for each election for a very long time.
