I agree that not wearing a mask indoors is despicable, but I wouldn't "fuck someone up" over it.

No, I'd rather the people who are in charge of the store ask the no masker to leave, and tell him if he doesn't they'll call the police. From there it's up to the no masker if he wants to be shot.
What if he has a medical reason to not wear a mask?

I don't even know if it's a legal thing. It would depend on the jurisdiction but there's at least a chance it was more of a store policy thing than a law. FWIW though, the people in the video have NYC-area accents, in which case it is likely a law.
And blue hair could've fought back. He didn't. He fucked around by not wearing a mask indoors, but he didn't want to find out.
I guarantee you he wears a mask the next time he shops at that store.
