Lol no I'm not mentally retarded. That is a resignation letter and one of its purposes is to leave a position in a dignified way so as not to make potential future bosses wary of hiring the employee.
Barr has said there was no widespread election fraud. I believe him when he says that, as it would be in his better interest not to say as much.
