You are right that he is outnumbered but the key thing is that he's manning a makeshift barricade which had not yet been breached.
It's clear that, at that point at least, in the cop's mind that barricade represented a red line. He didn't just fire randomly into the crowd, he specifically shot the first person who was about to breach it. Her retarded 'bravery' in being the first one through got her killed.
Clearly they had set up priority areas based on protecting the congress members. Certain areas they were willing to concede, certain areas they were going to kill cunts if they got through. And the mob wouldn't have been aware which was which, hence the woman thinking she could charge a barricade with a gun pointed directly at her.
But that's the inherent risk you take when, you know, you're storming the fucking capital building.

The retreating video is one of the ones I was referring to earlier. 'wHy diDn'T hE sHoOt tHeM?' - says the dipshits who don't have to face down an entire mob by themselves.
I've seen very graphic videos of mobs overcoming police barricades and slaughtering them with bricks in about 5 seconds, but I always remember this (less graphic) video from Northern Ireland. Two cops. With guns. In a car. Vs an entire mob. Who do these armchair quarterbacks reckon wins?
